DELEGATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Prices quoted exclude GST unless stated otherwise and are in New Zealand dollars. FSF reserves the right to decline registration in which case any paid invoice will be refunded immediately. Payment for non-members must be made within one week of confirmed registration.
Non-payment of your registration fee prior to the conference may result in non-admittance.
Delegates and attendees of the Gala Dinner are subject to the health and safety policy as well as any other rules and regulations stipulated by the venue. Delegate names and emails may be shared by FSF to the principle Gala Dinner sponsor. Attendees are responsible for making their own transport arrangements to and from the venue safely. FSF supports responsible consumption of alcohol. Any delegate who has concerns for their safety or that of another delegate's, must inform an FSF and/or Grand Millennium staff member immediately. Photos and videos taken at this event may be featured on FSF's website and other media including social, print and press.
CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
Cancellation must be received in writing to hmckee@fsf.org.nz or sbentley@fsf.org.nz. At any stage a replacement delegate can be nominated, with notification in writing to hmckee@fsf.org.nz or sbentley@fsf.org.nz. Cancellations received October 4 or prior will receive a full refund less an administration fee of $100. Cancellations received October 5 or after will not receive a refund.
