Joining from your laptop

1. You do not need to create a Zoom account to attend a meeting.

2. Head to the link which will take you straight to the meeting.

We recommend you do this a few minutes before the meeting as you may be asked to download or launch Zoom, this generally takes a matter of seconds.

3. You will join the virtual "waiting room" until the meeting starts.

4. Once you join the call, if you want to be seen on video you will need to turn this on by clicking the video icon on the bottom-right Zoom window (see red below). If you click the little up arrow and select "settings", you will see what your camera looks like and adjust accordingly until you are happy before turning it on.
