Prior to joining AFIA in 2019, Diane held various senior executive roles at the Australian Banking Association, including Deputy CEO, where she led the industry through the Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry, and has also worked in the Federal Government, AUSTRAC, ASIC and the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA). |

How are finance and leasing companies faring in the UK in the wake of COVID-19, what actions have their regulators taken during this time, and what are they preparing for?
Richard Bostock is a Senior Policy Advisor for the FLA, specialising in fraud related issues within consumer credit; anti-money laundering; insurance and a number of other key issues for the consumer credit industry. He is also on the Board of the UK's Joint Money Laundering Steering Group (JMLSG). Prior to joining the FLA Richard worked at both the FSA and the OFT. This included working on the regulation of a whole range of financial and business services. |
