Registrations open for CCCFA Training

11 August 2021

Registrations are now open for training on changes to the CCCFA, led by the Financial Services Federation (FSF) in partnership with financial services training specialists, Strategi.

This training is free for staff of FSF member companies and is also available to non-members at a charge.

It has been specially curated to help prepare two separate groups of individuals for the changes that come into effect on 1 October 2021: front-line staff, and senior managers and directors.

We invite members to register for one of the below webinars. After registering, you will receive guidance notes which we recommend reading in preparation for the 1 hour and 15 minute webinar, which will include time for Q&A. Following the webinar, this training package will also include a short, multi-choice assessment component, and participants will be provided with a certificate of attendance. To record your attendance and receive the certificate, please register individually and join using the webinar link provided to you.
